My friends, family and co-workers are always begging me to make this wonderful cake. I also love it warm for breakfast Ingredients:
bowl 1 |
5 apples sliced thin (4 if big) |
5 tbsp sugar & 2 tbsp cinnamon ( mix together and put aside) |
bowl 2 |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup crisco oil |
4 eggs |
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
3 cups unsifted flour |
1/4 cup of orange juice |
3 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degress 2. Grease and flour Bundt pan 3. Mix all ingredients from bowl 2 together 4. Gradually pour alternating layers of batter then apples, etc. until apples and batter are done 5. Pour juice from apple mixture on top 6. Bake 1 hour and 15 mins then Enjoy!! |
