I got this from my grandmother-in-law. She makes the best homemade mustard. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry mustard (coleman's dry mustard or penzy's oriental canadian hot work well) |
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients together. 2. Add in vinegar a little at a time. 3. Store in the fridge for a week to age and blend the flavors. Keeps and freezes well. |
