a quick way to warm your tummy, with a combination of hamburg, vegies, and drop buisquet Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1.5 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup (do not dillute) |
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn |
1 (8 ounce) can green beans |
1 small onion |
2 cups bisquick baking mix |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. pre-heat oven to 425. 2. in a mixing bowl mix together the jiffy baking mix, and the milk till it becomes dough. set aside. 3. in a large skillet fry up the hamburg, and onion. When fully cooked, drain. 4. in a casserole dish combine the hamburg, corn, green beans, and tomato soup. 5. now take your buisquet dough and drop five decent size circles of dough around the outside of the dish, and one in the center( keep them close, but dont let them touch). 6. cover with tinfoil and bake for 35-45 minutes (Time varies due to buisquet size). 7. uncover and bake till buisquets are golden 8. (best served with white rice). |
