Grandma's Favorite Raisin Bread Pudding |

Add more sugar and/or cinnamon to suit your taste. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
1 egg |
2 egg whites |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 cups cinnamon-raisin bread, cubed, day old |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients except bread in a large bowl. 3. Stir to mix well. 4. Stir in bread. 5. Spoon into ungreased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes or until pudding is set and knife come out clean. |
