Grandma's Easy Peach Cobbler |

I don't know about Grandma, but this sure is easy and good! Be sure and save the peach juice.. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
29 ounces sliced peaches |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder, mix well. Blend milk into flour mixture till moistened. 2. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. 3. Drizzle with melted margarine. 4. Pour peaches and reserved juice over batter. 5. Do not stir - 6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
