Perfect Chocolate Cake. This is a must try! To make is the ultimate - Top with my chocolate fudge frosting! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Cream the Sugar and Butter.
2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each until light and fluffy.
3. Stir in cocoa and mik.
4. Sift flour, salt and soda together and add to the mixture.
5. Stir in vanilla.
6. Slowly Add boiling water.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan.
