Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb ground sirloin
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 celery, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 teaspoons salt
2 dashes ground cloves
3 dried hot peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried hot pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) soup can water
1 (11 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
Directions:
1. Heat oil in kettle. Add ground sirloin and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer two hours, uncovered; stir occasionally.
