Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package light brown sugar |
4 eggs |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and eggs in a heavy saucepan, stirring well; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring mixture well. 2. Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, and cut into squares. |
