FROM MY GRANDMA. A LIGHT FLUFFY CHEESECAKE SHE HAS MADE ALL HER LIFE. YUMMY.
Ingredients:
1 can carnation instant milk (chilled)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 lemon jell-o gelatin
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
graham cracker crust, for 13 x 9 pan
Directions:
1. SHAKE TOGETHER JELLO VANILLA WATER AND AD TO CREAM CHEESE creamed with sugar MIXTURE.
2. FOLD INTO MILK AND POUR OVER GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
3. YOU MAY AD COTTAGE CHEESE OR PIEAPPLE TO FILLING.
4. CHILL AND ENJOY.
