This is my favorite cheese ball recipe. It brings back many happy memories of holiday dinners with family. It's easy and delicious. It keeps well in the fridge so it's a great make ahead appetizer. Ingredients:
6 ounces blue cheese |
2 (4 ounce) bottles kraft old english cheese spread |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted |
1 cup fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Bring cheeses to room temperature. 2. Place cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; mix well. 3. Chill. 4. Shape into 2 balls. 5. Roll in walnuts and parsley. 6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. 7. Serve with crackers, fruits and veggies. |
