Can't beat home made tarts! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups brown sugar |
2 eggs (slightly beaten) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
12 -24 tart shells |
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add brown sugar. 2. Add eggs, vanilla and vinegar. 3. Beat until smooth. 4. Add mixture to tart shells. 5. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes. 6. (didn't specify servings, so I guessed). |
