A family favorite, though i tend to use less powdered sugar than it calls for, i add the powdered sugar until i get the consistency i want. Ingredients:
1 lb margarine |
2 lbs peanut butter |
3 lbs powdered sugar |
chocolate-flavored candy coating |
Directions:
1. Mix margarine, peanut butter, and sugar thoroughly . 2. Refrigerate dough while melting chocolate in double boiler. 3. Ball dough and dip in chocolate. 4. Set on wax paper to cool and harden chocolate. |
