Another breakfast dish you can make the night before if you wish. I like the stewed tomatoes and oregano in this dish. Ingredients:
1 bunch green onion, chopped |
3 pieces canadian bacon, diced (or bacon or ham) |
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (with onions, peppers, & celery) |
5 large eggs |
2 tablespoons milk |
2/3 cup bisquick |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 cup colby-monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Prepare 9 quiche dish or pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Layer the onions, ham, and tomatoes into pie pan. 3. Mix together the eggs, milk, oregano, and Bisquick. 4. Pour on top of layered mixture. 5. Top with cheese. 6. May be refrigerated overnight at this point. 7. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes. 8. Preheat oven to 350°. |
