1 pie crust |
1 quart strawberry |
3/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 of a 3 oz package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
Directions:
1. Cook water, cornstarch, and sugar until thick. Add jello. Cool slightly. 2. Slice berries into shell. Pour jello mixture over berries. Chill. 3. Serve with whipped cream, as desired. |
