This is my grandmothers wonderful beef stew. Ingredients:
1 lb beef, cubed |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato soup |
2 cups potatoes |
2 cups carrots |
1 cup celery |
1 onion |
Directions:
1. Boil the meat in a large pot of water. Use a gallon of water to boil the meat. This will be your stock that you add the tomato soup to. So boil the meat and boullion cubes till tender.Next add the tomato soup,carrots,onions boil for 15-20 minues on medium then add celery and potatoes and boil for 10-15 minutes more. |
