Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
Directions:
1.
combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

stir in the liquids and then the chopped apple.
3.
spoon into greased muffin tin about 2/3 full.
4.
bake at 400-f for 20-25 minutes.
