Grandmas Angel Food Cake With Mint Candy Filling |

Easy when you purchase a ready made angel food cake. This would make a lovely Easter cake. Ingredients:
1 ready made angel food cake |
1/2 pkgs. knox gelatine |
1 cup cold water |
1 cup swedish mints (add a little extra mint extract) |
1/2 cup milk |
4 tbs. sugar |
1 small cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix gelatine and cold water together.
2. Disolve mints and sugar in the milk over hot water
3. add to gelatine mixture. Cool until it starts to gel.
4. Add Cool Whip. (tint with your choice of food coloring) Fill center of cake and spread as icing over cake. Chill
