Yummy Homemade carmel corn Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons corn syrup |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) bags popcorn, popped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients over low heat until sugar is dissolved. 2. Increase head to medium and boil to softball stage. 3. Pour 1/2 of mixture over popcorn an mix thoroughly. 4. Pour remaining mixture and repeat. 5. Wait (eagerly) to cool enough to eat. |
