A delicous strawberry cheesecake dessert that is different and refreshing! People always say Pretzel Jello? YUK Until they see it! Then the taste is out of this world! Pretzel butter sugar crust with a cheesecake & strawberry filling! Read more ! Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pretzels |
4 tablespoons white sugar |
1 cup melted butter (not margarine) |
mixture |
8oz cream cheese |
1 cup white sugar |
1 small container regular cool whip or whipped topping |
topping |
2 cups water |
large box strawberry gelatin |
2 packages of frozen strawberries (fresh will not work) |
Directions:
1. Crust 2. Mix all ingredients in a 13 x 9 baking pan 3. Press down with fingers or utensil 4. bake 8 or 9 minutes (until slightyly browning) in 400 degree oven 5. Mixture 6. Whip room temperature cream cheese with sugar 7. Fold in whipped topping, be sure it's mixed well 8. Pour mixture over cooled crust, smooth out evenly 9. Topping 10. Boil 2 cups water 11. Remove from heat at large box of strawberry gelatin, mix well 12. Stir in 2 packages of frozen strawberries, just to coat with gelatin 13. Quickly pour topping over cream cheese mixture as frozen strawberries will begin to set the gelatin 14. Cover and chill in refrigerator until gelatin is completely set, about an hour |
