A surprisingly nice dish. It may look a little bit strange but it tastes very good, especially with buttered toast Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten |
1/3 cup tomato sauce |
salt, to taste pepper |
optional dash tabasco sauce or sri racha hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Directions:. 2. Amounts are approximate, so adjust it to your personal taste. 3. Either add oil, butter 4. Scramble the eggs stirring in the tomato sauce right into the scambled egg. 5. Add a dash of Tabasco or Sri Racha. 6. 5Eggs should be red-orange. 7. 6Serve with buttered toast. 8. (For those who like a little heat sprinkle a bit of Tabasco or Sri Racha over the top of the finished scrambled egg and tomato mixture once it is cooked and ready to serve). |
