This is very easy and kids like these meatballs. Could boil some pasta and serve these over the pasta (works well with macaroni noodles for the little ones) Or tastes great without pasta. I guessed on the amount of servings Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 egg |
2 cups corn flakes, crushed slightly |
3 tablespoons chopped onions |
1/4 teaspoon sage |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/8 teaspoon baking powder |
2/3 cup applesauce |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, add beef, corn flakes, onion, sage, pepper, salt, baking powder, and applesauce 2. Shape into meatballs and place in a shallow baking pan. 3. Mix the soup and water. Pour over the meatballs. 4. Bake 350 for 1 hour . Baste occasionally. |
