Grandma Stephens Tomato French Dressing |

This is a recipe saved by my Great Grandma from a 1957 Good Housekeeping Magazine. Passive time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 cup tomato sauce or 1 cup tomato soup |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (optional) |
1 dash tabasco sauce (optional) |
1 garlic clove (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a bottle or jar. 2. Cover tightly and shake well. 3. Chill several hours. 4. Remove garlic, if used. 5. Shake well again. |
