Grandma Simones Chicken

My children's grandmother made this all the time. I think of her fondly whenever I make it
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 cup dry red wine. (i use gallo hearty burgundy but any will do)
olive oil
Directions:
1. Clean and prepare chicken to cook.
2. Brown chicken in olive oil on both sides over medium high heat
3. When chicken is browned ,add garlic, rosemary, and wine.
4. Lower heat to simmer and cook for 15minutes.
5. Turn chicken over and simmer for another 15 minutes or so.
6. I generally serve with salad and roasted potatoes.
