Tracie Skaurud sent this wonderful recipe that she remembers from dinners at Grandma Potter's. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
3/8 cup bran flakes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3 eggs |
1 onion, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Make meatballs with all ingredients except milk and soup. 2. Mix milk and soup together and pour over meatballs. 3. Cook for one hour at 350ºF. |
