Ingredients:
5 eggs room temperature
29 ounce(s) pumpkin (canned)
1&1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
2 can(s) evaporated milk
3/4 cup(s) half-and-half
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
2. Beat eggs
3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl
4. Mixing the whole time:
5. Add pumpkin by spoonfulls
6. Add sugar/cinnamon mixture
7. Add milk
8. Add half & half
9. Pour into 2 pie shells (one 9 and one 10 ).
10. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
