This recipe goes with Grandma Mary’s Shortbread Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter together. 2. Add vanilla and mix well. On low speed, add powdered sugar until mixed. 3. Beat on high speed for one minute. |
