Grandma Ketchum's Skillet Macaroni |

Ingredients:
3 slice(s) bacon |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 medium onion diced |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1/4 teaspoon(s) celery salt |
2 16oz can(s) tomatoes |
3/4 cup(s) elbow macaroni uncooked |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon and drain on paper towel. Brown beef with onion, garlic, and celery salt, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add Macaroni and cook for another 30 minutes at a very light boil. Once noodles are cooked, crumble bacon and stir in before serving. 2. NOTES: May use one 28oz can of tomatoes with a 6 oz can of tomato sauce or soup. |
