Grandma Joy's Rhubarb Conserve |

This was handed down from my grandmother. Even people that don't like rhubarb ask for this. Ingredients:
10 cups cut up rhubarb |
8 cups sugar |
3 oranges |
1 lemon |
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. The original recipe calls for the oranges and the lemon to be put whole through a grinder. I use a food processor. 2. Mix all ingredients well in a large stock pot. 3. Boil for 20 minutes. |
