Ingredients:
10 green peppers |
6 cup(s) sugar |
1-1/4 cup(s) white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 bottle(s) fruit pectin |
4 drop(s) green food color |
Directions:
1. Grind Pappers with fine disk into a colandar over a large bowl. Press Peppers enough to get 2 cups pepper liquid. 2. In a seven quart sauce pan, mix sugar, venegar, salt and papper and liquid. Boil rapidly over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir in pectin and food color. Stir constantly. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Skim and put in jars. |
