I got this surfing the web last night looking for a rice pudding recipe with cooked rice and condensed milk. I made it immediately, good pudding and easy to make!!! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
14 1/2 ounces condensed milk |
5 ounces evaporated milk |
29 ounces water, use condensed milk can for measuring use 2 cans |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 cup raisins (optional) |
Directions:
1. Grease or use cooking spray in a 2 quart baking dish, I used an 8 inch square pan. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Pour into pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. |
