Grandma H's Coconut Cream Pie |

This is Dad's favorite Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons flour |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup coconut |
1 pie crust |
Directions:
1. Bake crust and let cool. 2. Mix sugar & flour, add a little milk & egg yolks beat together. Add the rest of the milk and a dash of salt. Cook until thickened. Add butter, vanilla, & Coconut. Put in Pre Baked crust. 3. Top with Meringue sprinkle w coconut and bake until browned. |
