Grandma Gallo's Cream Sherry Cake |

Ingredients:
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix |
1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix |
4 large eggs |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup cream sherry |
powdered sugar |
berries and wine |
Directions:
1. Beat cake mix and next 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. 2. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with Berries and Wine. |
