A yummy simple cheesecake recipe. Ingredients:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs |
10 tablespoons sugar |
8 teaspoons butter, melted |
16 ounces cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
4 eggs |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter well. Press into springform pan, not too thick. Set Aside. 2. Blend sugar, flour, salt & softened cream cheese. Add milk slowly until blended. Add beaten eggs, mixing just until blended. Add vanilla. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
