A recipe from an old cedar recipe box that has been in my family for a spell (as my grandma would say).
Ingredients:
4 pretty red apples diced
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup diced celery
1 cup small marshmallows
nut meats as desired (shelled nuts, i like walnuts)
1 large sliced banana, just before serving
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup sugar
optional: try adding coconut or other seasonal fruits
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together
2. chill
