If you like crispy cookies these are the best. My dh loves them! Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup peanut butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 lb butter or 1 lb margarine |
2 1/2-3 cups flour |
2 tablespoons baking soda |
3 cups rolled oats |
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cups raisins |
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts or 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds |
1 cup sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Cream together sugars, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and butter until smooth. 2. Combine oatmeal, flour and baking soda. 3. Add to butter mixture. 4. Mix well. 5. Mix in remaining ingrediants. 6. Roll into balls, place on greased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork. 7. Bake at 350 Degrees farenheit. |
