TASTES OF MY CHILDHOOD! Almost ever family get-to-gether, my grandma Anita would make this yummy crab salad. Its so simple, yet tastes sooooo great! for years I pondered about her recipe, until i finally just asked her... and I was so darn SURPRISED by her answer... just a few simple, almost ALWAYS on hand ingredients, an dI WAS THERE! and now, I;m sharing it with you! ENJOY! Ingredients:
1 lb lump crabmeat or 1 lb imitation crabmeat, shredded |
1 can whole olive, sliced |
2 celery ribs, diced |
3 green onions, sliced thin |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine Mayonaise and lemon juice, set aside. 2. Toss remaining ingredients well. 3. Add mayonaise mixture and mix well. 4. let sit half an hour so flavors meld. |
