With 3 simple dip ingredients, the ordinary Fruit Tray becomes extraordinary. I've served this at several summer bbqs and one person told me he just wanted to drink the dip...that might be a bit much - I'd stick with using it for a fruit dip. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
4 teaspoons grand marnier liqueur |
assorted fresh fruit: fresh pineapple cuts, kiwi slices, grapes, strawberries, apple and pear slices are some of our favorites |
Directions:
1. Whisk together sour cream, brown sugar and liqueur in a medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Chill at least one hour, and stir again just before serving. Serve with fruit chunks for dipping. |
