Grams Pancake Corn Fritters |

My Grandmother made these, my Mother made these...and...I make these. Ingredients:
14 oz can of creamed corn |
1 egg beaten |
3 tbsp flour |
2 tbsp milk |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
canola oil |
Directions:
1. mix together dry ingredients 2. combine milk, corn and egg 3. add wet to dry 4. mix to combine 5. In large cast iron skillet heat oil to medium 6. as you would with pancakes ladel small pancake amounts into hot pan 7. cook at medium heat 2 to 3 minutes 8. flip (should be golden brown) 9. continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes..... 10. remove to paper towel to absorb grease 11. repeat. |
