Grams Best Brown Sugar Cake |

This cake is so moist and flavorful. Easy to make! Girlfriend made this and gave me the recipe. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix |
1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding |
4 eggs |
2/3 c sour cream |
2/3 c water |
1/2 c oil |
1 c packed brown sugar |
1 c chopped pecans |
2 tsp powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 egrees
2. Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer 3 mins,. or till well blended. Add brown sugar and nuts;mix well.
3. Pour into 12 c fluted tube pan or 10 tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 1 hour r till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
5. Cool cake in pan 15 mins. Loosen from sides of pan;invert onto wire rack. Remove pan;cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
6. Special Extra: Sprinkle pan with combined 2 Tbs granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon after spraying with cooking spray.
