My gramma used to make this for me all the time growing up. I love it! I'm sure you can add some hamburg to it to make it a little different. Ingredients:
14 ounces diced tomatoes |
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to box. 2. Mix together macaroni and diced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. 3. Put in large baking dish. 4. Put teaspoon of butter on top. 5. Cover with foil. 6. Cook on 350 degree F for 30 minutes. |
