This recipe has been handed down thru several generations. Goes perfectly with chips, crackers, veggies, almost anything you can think of
Ingredients:
1 large container of cottage cheese (can be lowfat)
1 brick of cream cheese (also can be lowfat)
chives (season to taste)
Directions:
1. Add cottage cheese to food processor
2. blend until smooth
3. cut cream cheese into smaller pieces
4. add to cottage cheese one piece at a time
5. blending in between
6. add chives to mixture and blend for 30 seconds to one minute longer
7. You can also add many different spices to this dip to change the taste. I have used cajun spices, taco seasoning, garlic powder, italian seasoning etc.
