Another of my grandmother's famous desserts. Super easy and a classic comfort food. Ingredients:
3/4 cup cooked rice |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, and milk together. 2. Add rice and add cinnamon and raisins to taste; stir. 3. Microwave for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. |
