This is a very forgiving recipe and is perfect for the beginner cook or those who have little cooking assistants. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon ground aniseed |
1 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Dump ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended. 3. Form walnut sized ball of dough and place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Use a small glass (or a child's palm) to flatten the cookie dough. 5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. |
