This is a corn casserole that I have been making. The grands love it. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons jiffy cornbread mix |
1 tablespoon sugar |
salt & pepper |
1/2 cup milk |
1/8 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Pour in baking dish. 4. Bake 400* for 30 minutes or until set. |
