Gramma's Tuna Pasta Salad

This is the perfect snack or side dish for parties and BBQ's.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups bell peppers
2 tablespoons dill or 2 tablespoons sweet relish
3 -4 green onions, chopped
2 -3 celery ribs, chopped
1 -2 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water or 2 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Bring large pot of water to a rolling boil.
2. Add pasta and cook according to the directions.
3. While pasta is cooking in a large mixing bowl, add mayo, peppers, relish, onion, celery, carrots and tuna. Mix together gently.
4. Drain the cooked noodles and rinse with cold water till cooled.
5. Add noodles and salt and pepper.
6. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
7. Mix once again and serve.
