This was given to me by my grandmother and it is just fabulous. It has a combination of veggies and ham with a creamy mayo dressing to it. I'm always asked for this at any gathering. You may want to double or triple this recipe for a larger croud. Ingredients:
1 cup rotini pasta, uncooked |
12 ounces smoked ham, cubed |
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed |
1/2 cup celery, diced |
1/3 cup green pepper, diced |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons diced pimentos |
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon mustard |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta and cook per package directions. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Refridgerate for about 3 hours. 5. Stir and serve! |
