its free of ANY grains. Ingredients:
3 cups almond flour |
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil |
1/4 cup honey |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 mashed ripe bananas |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup raisins (or chopped walnuts) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Add almond flour last. Bake for 45-50 min at 310 degrees F (180 C) for bread. Bake for 20-25 min for muffins. |
