Found this on the internet. Uses all natural ingredients. Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons coconut oil |
5 medjool dates, finely chopped |
1 cup raw almonds |
1/2 cup raw pecans |
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor. Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand. 2. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set. Once set, cut into squares. |
