salad: 1 cup couscous |
1 can chick peas (any bean) |
2 peppers, any color |
green onion |
poppy seeds |
toasted sesame seeds |
sauce: 1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tsps each curry, cumin, coriander |
Directions:
1. Make couscous according to box 2. meanwhile chop veggies 3. toss couscous with salad 4. mix sauce 5. toss sauce with salad 6. - sometimes I use way more spice or more oil/vinnegar. test and see |
