Great and fast to make Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 cup coconut |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 pinch salt |
2 cups graham wafer crumbs |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons milk |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Bake in a 8 inch square pan. 3. Bake in a preheated oven 350** for 35 minutes. 4. Serve plain or frost with Caramel icing. 5. Icing: Heat brown sugar,milk and butter in a medium saucepan until it boils. 6. Boil for 2 minutes. 7. Remove from heat. 8. Cool a bit. 9. Add icing sugar and vanilla. 10. Beat until smooth. 11. Add more milk to icing sugar until spreading consistency is reached. |
